Supervises each contractor and subcontractor to ensure that work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications. The location of the assigned subdivision is determined by the Area Construction Manager and subject to change as needed in the interest of the Company. The role starts with managing the construction of multiple homes in an assigned subdivision from permit to closing by scheduling job site subcontractors, scheduling several homebuyer walk-throughs, and inspections to ensure the work performed meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and specifications. The Construction Managers will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the new home construction from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed.
